This rug is rolled for shipping to keep it clean and avoid crushing. It may have minor creases from tight packaging and storage. When opened, it normally flattens within 5-7 days. To reduce creases, roll the rug, pattern side up, and massaging by hand to help ease it flat. Try laying it out in a sunny room first, heat helps loosen the backing.
The best way to clean your rug is with a vacuum cleaner, then brush the edges of the rug with a soft bristle brush.
