• In the event a part sold with a warranty fails to operate within the warranty period we will REPLACE the part(s) with a functionally equivalent part or REFUND the part purchase price, at our option.

• The warranty does not cover failure due to misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications.

• There is a 20% restocking fee applied on all returns ordered by mistake or because of misdiagnosis.

• Engines/Transmissions come with a 60 days money back warranty.

• No labor warranty is provided.We are not liable to pay for any labor fees associated with the installation or removal of any parts we sell.
